We are conveniently located just 3 miles south of the campus, which makes Ridgeview Resort a perfect place to stay while visiting your student.  Go to a football or hockey game, winter carnaval, graduation or any other Michigan Tech activity.

Fall activities

Fall is a beautiful time in Keweenaw, the colors are unmatched, there is great fishing, bear hunting, bird hunting, and deer hunting opportunities galore.  Or just enjoy the crisp cool air and beautiful landscapes of this pristine wilderness area.  Where located at the gateway to all this area has to offer.

Winter

Our resort sits right on the snowmobile trail between Houghton and Chassell.  Right from your cabin you can go north into the Keweenaw trail system, or south to the Baraga trail system, go to the Casino or connect to the entire UP trail system.  We are 6 miles from Mt Ripley Ski area and 4 miles from the Michigan Tech. cross country trails.  The Ridgeview Resort is right in the middle of all the action when it comes to fun in the snow.
